At GyaruLab, we believe every piece tells a story. Whether it’s a curated accessory or a handmade masterpiece, our goal is to bring the authentic Gyaru aesthetic to your doorstep. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help you navigate our return process.
1. Standard Items: 14-Day Peace of Mind
For our non-handmade collections (such as mass-produced accessories or apparel):
- 14-Day Return Window: You have 14Â days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition for Return: To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. The product must not affect secondary sales.
- Process: Simply email us at support@gyarulab.com with your order number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Handmade & Custom Creations: Exclusively Yours
This category includes our Handmade Press-on Nails, Hair Accessories, and Artisanal Crafts.
The Artisanal Nature: Because these items are handcrafted specifically for you upon order, they are truly one-of-a-kind. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for handmade items.
- Unique Variations: By purchasing, you acknowledge that minor variations in detail or color are part of the charm of handmade artistry and are not considered defects.
- Our Quality Guarantee: While we don’t accept returns for "change of mind," we stand by our craft. If your handmade item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritize a replacement or a solution to make it right.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale:
- Intimate Apparel: Lingerie, underwear, and swimwear (including bikini sets).
- Hosiery: Stockings, tights, over-the-knee socks, and any legwear once the packaging has been opened.
- Jewelry: Earrings or any body-piercing jewelry.
- Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a "Clearance" event.
- Damaged/Altered Goods: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
