1. Product Authenticity & Variations

We take pride in our diverse collection, which includes both artisanal creations and curated finds.

  • Handmade & Custom Items: By purchasing items such as our press-on nails, hair accessories, or handcrafted arts, you acknowledge that these are unique artisanal products. Minor variations in color, placement, and texture compared to site images are expected and celebrated as part of their unique charm.
  • Curated Collections: For our curated fashion and lifestyle products, we strive for the highest color accuracy. However, please note that actual colors and details may vary slightly due to digital rendering and different screen display settings.

2. Order Finality & Cancellations

To ensure fairness to our artisans and efficiency in our logistics, we strictly adhere to the following:

  • Handmade Items: Due to the personalized nature and immediate queueing for production, cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once the crafting process begins, the order is final and cannot be canceled.
  • Curated Items: For our standard curated products, cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not been processed for shipment (typically within 24-48 hours). Once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered in transit and cannot be canceled.

3. Quality Guarantee & Inspection

  • Our Commitment: Every item leaves the "Lab" after a rigorous quality check to ensure it meets our aesthetic standards.
  • Customer Responsibility: Upon receiving your package, please inspect your items immediately. If there is any discrepancy or damage, you must contact support@gyarulab.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Resolution: For handmade items, please provide detailed photos so our artisans can assess the issue. For curated selections, our automated logistics ensure fast delivery, but we require immediate notification to rectify any errors.

4. Final Sale & Returns

  • Handmade Final Sale: All made-to-order items are considered Final Sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged once the crafting process has commenced due to their unique, custom nature.
  • Curated Returns: Standard items follow our 7-day return policy, provided they are in original, resalable condition.

5. Digital Assets & Intellectual Property

All graphics, website layouts, and marketing imagery (including AI-enhanced visual concepts) on GyaruLab.com are the exclusive creative property of the GyaruLab team. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our website's visual assets and brand identity is strictly prohibited.
