1. The Crafting Phase (Processing Time)

• Standard Items: Usually dispatched within 3-7 business days.
• Handmade & Custom Creations: As our artisans create these pieces exclusively for you, please allow 7-14 business days for crafting and quality inspection before shipment. Order placement signifies your entry into our crafting queue.

2. Transit Times Once your order leaves the Lab, estimated delivery times are:

• USA, Canada & Europe: 10-15 business days.
• Australia & New Zealand: 12-18 business days.
• Rest of the World: 15-25 business days.

3. Important Notes

• Address Accuracy: Since many items are custom-made, we cannot redirect or refund orders with incorrect addresses. Please double-check your details at checkout.
• Customs: International orders may be subject to import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

4. Tracking & Inquiries

We want you to be informed every step of the way:

• Tracking Number: You will receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.
